Located at the foot of the Vosges, in the charming village of Bollwiller, just 10 minutes from Mulhouse and 15 minutes from Colmar, the Cap Florival Residence welcomes you for long-term stays only. Nestled near the famous wine route and the Alsace Ecomuseum, it offers an ideal setting to settle permanently in the heart of the region.

The residence does not offer short-term rentals: it is exclusively reserved for long stays, whether for professional, personal or life transition reasons.

Our well-equipped apartments, available in T2 or T3, are designed to meet the needs of residents wishing to settle for several weeks or months. Each accommodation has a sofa bed for two people, one or two bedrooms with single beds and/or double bed, a private bathroom with bathtub and suspended toilet, as well as a functional kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave).

Free private parking is also available for your comfort.
